Delivery
Currently, we offer online order delivery to Hong Kong address only. For the address out of Hong Kong, please send send us a email "ressateahouse@gmail.com" to inform us the tea you want and we will revert to you shortly. Thank you.
We offer free shipping to Hong Kong when you spend HK$250 and above, and two shipping methods for orders below $250.

All local orders are normally dispatched from our office 1-2 working days. Please note that our working days are from Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Our domestic delivery partner, SF Express, would deliver to your selected pick up point or your delivery address 2-3 working days. SF Express may not deliver our orders on Saturday, Sundays or HK Public Holidays.
If you choose picking up your orders at Drop off locations, SF Express would delivery to your selected pick up point or your delivery address 2-3 working days.
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, send us an email by filling the form on this page or you can alternatively send us an email to ressateahouse@gmail.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our office.
Pick up Points
You could choose to pick up your orders at the SF Express's EF Lockers. They have over 100 locker locations and you could find the link below. Pls mark your pick up point / code on your order form. Kindly note the pick up time of each lockers.
